RPP BOARDS
'RPP boards' presents the first board in the world that is 100% carbon fiber and was developed and manufactured by an engineering company ('RPP engineering') that understands the benefits and usages of composite materials.
1. The boards are made of 100% carbon fiber, aviation foam and epoxy resin.
Using a 9 ton press and a new confidential carbon nanotube technology.
No wood or fiberglass inside.
2. The beam under the board gives it its amazing strength and stiffness.
This stiffness provides the board it's stability at high speeds.
3. The top mount model are lower then a standard top mount.
The trucks are lowered into the board provides it a lower center of gravity.
4. In the drop through model with a regular 180m"m Randal trucks it's possible to put up to
85m"m wheels and not get any wheel bite at any case.
With 200m"m trucks it's possible to put up to100m"m wheels.
5.The concave is a development of over 2 years; it's all new concept.
Many hours of analyzing riding videos from all over the world and self testing pressure points on the board where invested until we got this concave.
"The gas pedal parts have a very minute small amount of flex so when you're digging in the board hugs your feet nicely"
After trying it you won't want to ride anther board.
6. In the front and back of the board there are CNC cut fenders, the basic material is Delarin but there is an option for Aluminum.
