The Pro Slide Glove is now 75% leather increasing strength and durability especially in areas most prone to wear. I.E. around thumbs and fingers, so leave the duck tape at home.
The thickness of the center puck has been increased for longevity due to the fact that it takes the brunt of sliding.
Puck edges are now beveled which helps decrease the amount of friction when sliding, along with making the pucks slide over cracks and imperfections in the road much better.
In addition to the Delrin pucks that come with the gloves, Tactis Sk8's has thrown in an extra set of High Tech "Super Slide" Pro Pucks made from Cabon Graphite lubricant filled poly. These palm pucks allow for prolonged aggressive rough terrain slides with no surface bite in those rough terrain areas like ditches and race courses. |
